CareHub exists to help families keep an aging parent organized and independent — and to let the whole family share the work, instead of it all landing on one person.
Why we built it
Caring for a parent means holding a hundred small things at once — documents, appointments, medications, accounts, and to-dos — usually while living your own life, often from far away, and often alongside siblings who are trying to help too. The information ends up scattered across drawers, group texts, and one person's memory. When something urgent happens, no one can find what they need.
CareHub brings all of it into one shared, secure place, so the work doesn't fall to a single person and a parent keeps their footing and their dignity. It's built for the adult children of aging parents — and the parents themselves — coordinating care together, often at a distance.
What we're here to do
Help older adults stay independent for longer, and give the families who love them a calmer way to help.
We build for trust before anything else. CareHub keeps a family's most sensitive records to HIPAA-grade standards, never sells data, never shows ads, and shares health and location only with the subject's own consent. The person being cared for is always in control of what's shared about them.
