These terms govern your use of CareHub, the family-care app provided by CareHub. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the activity in your family's workspace. CareHub is intended for adults coordinating care; you must be old enough to form a binding contract to use it. Invite only people you intend to give access to your family's information.

Subscription and billing

CareHub Premium is $29.99 per month or $299.99 per year and covers up to 5 people on one plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Where you subscribe through a mobile app store, that store's billing and cancellation terms also apply. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.

Acceptable use

Use CareHub only for its intended purpose — helping your own family coordinate care. Don't upload information you have no right to share, attempt to break or probe the security of the service, use it to harass or surveil someone without their consent, or resell or misrepresent the service. Sharing another person's health or location requires their consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

CareHub is not a medical, legal, or emergency service

CareHub helps you organize information and coordinate care. It does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, and its planning and conversation aids are prompts to help your family talk and organize — not a substitute for professional advice or for legally executed documents. CareHub is not an emergency service; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CareHub reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and features may change over time. We may update these terms; if we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, CareHub is provided "as is," and we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability arising from your use of CareHub is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
