What is CareHub?
CareHub is a shared, secure app for adult children caring for aging parents. It keeps documents, calendar, contacts, and checklists in one place so the whole family can help.
Who is CareHub for?
Adult children and families helping aging parents stay organized and independent — especially when juggling paperwork, appointments, and to-dos, often from a distance.
Is our family's information private and secure?
Yes. CareHub is built to HIPAA-grade standards, with encryption in transit and at rest and strict access controls. Sensitive information is kept separate and is never sold or used for advertising. Read more about security & privacy.
Is scanned postal mail available?
Not yet — mail scanning is a planned add-on coming in Q4 2026. When it arrives, a parent can get a real street address, and incoming mail is scanned and made searchable so you can open, forward, shred, or recycle each piece.
Can several family members use one account?
Yes. Premium includes up to five people with roles, so siblings and caregivers can share the work — and you can add more people as your family needs. See Plans.
Does CareHub work offline?
Yes. CareHub is offline-first — you can view and add things without a connection, and it syncs automatically when you're back online.
How much will CareHub cost?
We're finalizing pricing. There's one Premium plan for the whole family, with optional add-ons like scanned mail and legal-document help — see Plans. Join the waitlist and we'll share pricing, with early-bird rates, before launch.
