We never store passwords
This is a directory, not a password vault. CareHub records where a parent’s accounts are and who can reach them — the bank, the utility, the login it’s under, who has access — but never the password, PIN, or security code. A shared vault of secrets is exactly the thing worth attacking, so we deliberately don’t hold one. That’s a feature.
The accounts your family will need to find
When you’re helping a parent, half the battle is knowing what exists and who to call. Keep the institution, the account type, whether a power of attorney is on file, and who in the family can get in — so nobody’s guessing during a stressful week.
IDs that expire, with reminders
Store a driver’s licence, state ID, passport, or insurance card — front and back — and CareHub reminds you before each one expires, alongside other renewals. Everything here is private to your family, under the person’s consent, and never sold.
