Start with the need, not the calendar
Most calendars make you enter events. Care is the other way around: someone needs covering — a ride to dialysis, a morning check-in, a week while you travel. In CareHub you record the need, and coverage fills in around it.
Family and outside caregivers, together
A family member can claim a need for themselves, or you can assign an outside caregiver — a home-health aide or a neighbor from your contacts, no account required. One schedule shows everyone who’s covering what, including recurring shifts.
The gap is what matters
CareHub computes the gaps — the needs nobody is covering yet — and surfaces them prominently, with a reminder ahead of an approaching uncovered need. A silent gap is exactly the failure this is built to prevent. Needs and coverage show up right on your shared calendar.

Alongside the schedule, a gentle Planning Ahead conversation aid helps families talk through wishes at their own pace — a set of plain-language prompts with room for notes. It’s a conversation starter, not legal or medical advice.
