“Tap the blue button” only goes so far over the phone. Remote view lets you see a parent’s screen live so you can guide them through the confusing part — a form, a login, a setting — as if you were sitting beside them.
They’re always in control
Every session starts with the parent’s approval. Nothing begins without their explicit consent, and they can end it at any time — help happens with them, never behind their back.
Private by design
The connection is end-to-end encrypted, so the screen stays between the two of you as you work through it — our relay servers only pass the encrypted stream along. Nothing is recorded. It’s built for a moment of help, then it’s gone.
